Randall Funding & Development, Inc. (Randall Funding) strives to improve
the quality of life in communities across the country by providing our
clients with the means to attract additional sources of funding. We
accomplish this mission by working closely with our clients to identify
needs and matching appropriate federal, state, foundation and corporate
funding. Combining comprehensive research and technical tools with a
staff dedicated to customer satisfaction, we seek to provide superior and

Since 1996, Randall Funding has been assisting communities throughout the
United States improve their competitive funding success. The Randall
Funding team consists of experienced writers, advisors, project
consultants and specialists from around the country carefully chosen for
their long history of success and experience in their particular fields.

Management Team
Daniel J. Randall, Chairman/CEO
Mr. Randall's responsibilities include administrator duties associated
with all procedures within Randall Funding. Mr. Randall is the CEO and
Chairman of the Board for the corporation. He has over 30 years of
experience developing and managing companies in the United States and
abroad. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Fort Horse, Ltd., located
in Hong Kong. During his career in international business, Mr. Randall
has developed and run a variety of companies in the United States, Asia
and Europe. These companies include the Santa Fe Investment & Trading
Corporation and the Global International Group.
Mr. Randall received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from
the University of South Carolina and a master's degree in International
Finance from the American Graduate School of International Management. He
was also a First Lieutenant in the United States Army and a pilot during
the Vietnam War, and was twice decorated for valor.
Barry Kaye, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kaye is an enrolled agent (EA) with the Internal Revenue Service and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). At Randall Funding, Mr. Kaye serves as Chief Financial Officer overseeing all accounting matters as well as providing leadership on strategic planning and cash flow management. He is a longtime associate of Chief Executive Officer, Daniel Randall. If not strapped to a calculator, Mr. Kaye is either building his house in Mt. Shasta, California, fly-fishing on the McCloud River or lamenting the state of the San Francisco Giants.
John Izzo, Vice President for Client Services & Strategy
Mr. Izzo's responsibilities include interviews with key staff members,
researching and tracking funding sources, program design, facilitation of
program design meetings, grant writing, oversight of other grant writers
dedicated to specific projects, quality assurance, internal draft proposal
review and other services as necessary.
Mr. Izzo has 12 years of experience in writing, budgeting and managing
both domestic and international grant programs. A lawyer by training, he
joined Randall Funding from the Department of Legal Cooperation and
Information at the Organization of American States in Washington, D.C.,
where he specialized in project development and management. His areas of
expertise include law, economic development and technology related issues.
Previous grant projects written and supervised by Mr. Izzo include: drug
and mental health courts, law enforcement technology, parks and recreation
facilities, fire safety, transportation, economic development and social
service programs for low-income individuals and projects that target
at-risk youth. Mr. Izzo has a BA from Emory University in Atlanta,Georgia,
a JD from American University, and has taken graduate coursework
in economic policy and development. He is a member of the Virginia Bar.
Susy Campos, Chief Operating Officer for Client Services
Ms. Campos responsibilities include interviews with key staff members,
research and tracking of funding sources, program design, facilitation of
program design meetings, oversight of other grant writers dedicated to
specific projects, quality assurance, internal draft proposal review and
other services as necessary.
Before joining Randall Funding, Ms. Campos worked for the Organization of
American States (OAS) in Washington, D.C., as a Project Officer. In this
position she helped the Department of Legal Cooperation of the OAS secure
funding for their anti-corruption, human rights and arbitration projects.
Previous grant projects written and supervised by Ms. Campos include:
parks and recreation facilities, fire safety, transportation, economic
development, educational enhancement for adults and youth and social
service programs for low-income individuals and projects that target
at-risk youth. Ms. Campos has a master's degree in International
Relations and Political Theory from MacMaster University, Canada.
Kathryn Keller, Director of Research Services
Kathryn Keller’s responsibilities include oversight of research into Federal, State, and foundation funding opportunities; administration of the GrantsMatch Search Engine; specialized research in response to client information requests; and preparation of Strategic Funding Plans. Ms. Keller reviews multiple information sources for new funding opportunities and follows current Federal budget proceedings to provide information on future program availability.
Kathryn (who also answers to ‘Kate’) graduated from UC Berkeley with Honors in her Major and High Honors in the College of Letters and Science. While at Berkeley, she was an active member of several campus political and literary organizations. Through the UC exchange program, she studied abroad at Cambridge University, England. Here at Randall Funding & Development, she combines her vocational background in customer service with her excellent academic and professional research skills to provide Randall’s clients with accurate, up-to-date information and friendly, prompt assistance.
Daniel Hamilton, Director of Business Development
Mr. Hamilton's responsibilities include grants management, project
assignments, project consultation, writer supervision and internal
business strategy and development.
Mr. Hamilton has broad experience with funding research, audits and
governmental consultation for cities, counties, nonprofits and school
districts nationwide. He has successfully secured over $1 million for
municipalities in the past two years. He received a certificate of
recognition in Financial Accounting from the Haas School of Business at
University of California at Berkeley and completed his studies in Business
Administration and Management at San Diego State University.
Bill Donnelly, National Business Director
Bill is responsible for securing new clients and implementing strategies for business growth. With previous sales experience in a Fortune 300 company, he will provide the necessary leadership, creativity and insight for the sales team. He has over five years national sales experience and was consistently rated one of the top sales professionals in his organization. After postponing his education for a few years to play professional baseball in the Red Sox and Reds organizations (where he enjoyed those long bus rides), Bill is currently finishing his BA within the College of Business at San Jose University. When he does not have his phone in his ear, Bill is an avid golfer and softball player.
James W.C. Kriegsman - Director
Mr. Kriegsman attended the University of Wyoming before joining the U.S.
Army, serving with distinction in Vietnam. After completing his service
commitment, Jim founded the Crown Pacific Group of Companies, which became
one of the largest specialized transportation companies in the world. Jim
later founded the Camel Express Companies in Saudi Arabia and the Emerite
States. In addition to extensive corporate investment and corporate
development expertise, Jim continues to serve on numerous Boards of
Directors and is active in his family's business, which includes banking,
retail operations and land leasing.
